Molteni Golden Gate Garden Table

The Molteni &C Golden Gate garden table by Vincent Van Duysen interprets the archetype of outdoor dining tables with a slatted table top for excellent water drainage. 

Available in two sizes seating either 6 or 8 people the Golden Gate table stands out for its carefully calibrated proportions and choice of materials that allow it to match both of Molteni&C's new outdoor collections; Timeout & Landmark.

The strong sled-shaped base and metal structure are made from burnished aluminium which is the standout feature of the Timeout collection where the profile of every piece flows in a continuous line. 

The table top is available in two versions: in solid teak slats or in slabs of lava stone in three colours - anthracite, olive green or desert yellow - with a slightly rough surface that evokes its lithic nature. The lava stone is subjected to a glazing process where it is oven-baked at extremely high temperatures and bonded with recycled glass from TV and PC monitors to create the unique colours of the table tops.

Garden furniture is an exciting new addition to prestigious Italian modern furniture brand Molteni&C’s extensive collection and is only possible after years of research into suitable materials: a knowledge gained in the almost ninety years of the life of the company which was founded in 1934.
